Specialising in athletic training we are dedicated to elevating your speed, agility, strength, and coordination. In a speed and agility session we delve into running mechanics and technique, gym sessions and how it transfers to sport, balance, coordination and reaction time, with a sharp focus on refining change of direction mechanics to not only avoid and reduce injury but enhance your performance. Our comprehensive approach assesses and improves speed (linear and acceleration) and agility (change of direction and lateral movement). Through a combination of targeted drills, strength training, and plyometrics, RTP equips athletes with tools to continue training, self-coach and develop outside of the consultation space.
